Terms of Use
The rules for using J Tools, in plain language. By using the site, you agree to them.
Last updated: July 9, 2026
The short version
We turn what is possible on the Solana blockchain into tools that are easier to use without writing code. Every transaction you make is your responsibility, and yours alone. What you create and how you use it, for good or ill, is entirely on you, and what you do with these tools is not our concern. We never hold your funds, crypto is risky, and on-chain transactions cannot be undone.
The service
J Tools is a set of tools for creating, managing, and moving Solana tokens. You bring your own wallet; we prepare transactions and you approve and sign them yourself. We are a tool provider, not an exchange, a broker, or a financial advisor.
Your responsibility
You take full responsibility for everything you do with J Tools. Every transaction you sign is yours alone, so check the address, the amount, and the token before you approve, and keep your wallet and recovery phrase safe. What you build, why you use it, and whether you use it for good or ill is entirely your responsibility, not ours. We do not monitor, vet, or judge what you do. Following any law that applies to you where you live is on you, and you must be at least 18 to use these tools.
Your keys and funds stay yours
We never hold your keys or your money. We don’t ask for, see, or store your private key or recovery phrase, and your funds never pass through us. Everything is signed inside your own wallet.
Fees
Each tool shows its fee before you sign, so you know the cost up front. Solana network (gas) fees are separate and go to the network, not to us. Because on-chain transactions are final, the fee for a completed transaction can’t be refunded.
Risks
Crypto carries real risk. On-chain transactions are irreversible, token prices can fall to zero, and a mistake like a wrong address can’t be undone. Some tools connect to third-party protocols such as DEXs, Pump.fun, and RPC providers that we don’t control and are not responsible for. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
Acceptable use
Using these tools lawfully where you live is your responsibility. We do not police, vet, or judge how you use them, that is entirely on you. The one thing we do ask: do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform itself, because that hurts everyone else who relies on it.
No warranty, limited liability
J Tools is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or profitable. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the tools, from the blockchain, or from third-party services.
Intellectual property
The J Tools name, brand, design, and code are ours. You are welcome to use the product, but don’t copy, resell, or pass off the platform or its branding as your own.
Suspending access
We can limit or block access if someone abuses the platform or breaks these terms, to protect other users and the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. When we do, we update the date at the top. Continuing to use J Tools means you accept the new version.
Governing law
Where these terms conflict with mandatory local law that applies to you, that local law wins for the part that conflicts, and the rest of these terms still apply.
