My Pools reads your connected wallet on-chain and lists every liquidity position it finds across Raydium, Meteora and Orca: pair, deposited amounts, value, claimable fees and price range.
How it works
Position NFTs and LP tokens are detected straight from the chain, so nothing needs to be typed in. Pools created through J Tools also carry their OpenBook market IDs and transaction links.
Why it matters
LP positions scatter across DEX dashboards and get forgotten. One screen showing value and uncollected fees tells you when to add, remove or claim.
Three steps
1
Connect
Connect the wallet that holds your LP tokens or position NFTs.
2
Review
Positions load automatically with value, fees and range status. Expand a card for IDs and transactions.
3
Act
Jump to add or remove liquidity, claim on the DEX, or open a new pool with one click.
Where the data comes from
Everything is read live from the chain and DEX program accounts; values are estimates based on current prices. Constant-product pools (CPMM, AMM v4) compound fees into reserves, so those show a pool APR instead of a separate fee balance.
What you get
Automatic on-chain discovery, no pool ID required
Raydium CPMM, AMM v4 and CLMM positions
Meteora DLMM and DAMM v2 with real claimable fees
Orca Whirlpool and Splash positions
Price-range view with in-range / out-of-range status
